WAEI's journey began when founders Ken and Debbie Wise decided to embark on a new venture – building their own business. Driven by a desire for independence and a commitment to exceptional service, they established WAEI in 1990.

Today, WAEI celebrates over 30 years of success! Always a family business, WAEI is now under the leadership of two of the founder's sons, Tom Wise and John Wise.
